PLEXA sells a purchased package. Use these questions when comparing it with a hire proposal.

Compare the same scope

Check whether both proposals include the same gate arrangement, reader hardware, app access, connectivity, installation and support.

The length of use matters, but so do installation, removal, transport and ongoing services. Compare the full period you expect to operate the system.

If the entrance is intended for future projects, include storage, transport, new-site preparation and recommissioning in the ownership case.

Owning the gate does not remove software or service costs. Confirm the technology subscription, connectivity and support arrangements.

Ask for itemised proposals and compare them over the same period. PLEXA does not offer turnstile hire or rental bookings.
